We set up the connection for you. All we need are a few details about your apps.
1. Send the Link to Each App
Please send us the link to each app’s public page, where customers see the ratings and reviews.
App Store: the link to your app’s page, for example
https://apps.apple.com/gb/app/your-app/id123456789Google Play: the link to your app’s page, for example
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.yourcompany.app
Please do not send links from App Store Connect or the Google Play Console.
2. Tell Us the Store Region
The App Store link includes a country code (for example /gb/ or /de/), which tells us the region.
If your app is only available in certain countries, please tell us which ones, so we connect the correct store.
3. Choose a Start Date
Let us know how far back you would like your reviews to start, for example “from 1 January 2024”. We will backdate the reviews to that date.
