Usabilla (now part of the GetFeedback platform) believes that by knowing exactly what customers value, companies can build thriving digital platforms that not only drive results but outlast change. The first thing you'll need to do is give us access to Usabilla's public API. Please follow the instructions here to generate your Access Key and Secret Key: https://support.usabilla.com/hc/en-us/articles/360019493372-Getting-Started-with-the-Usabilla-Public-API.

Then all we need to know is exactly what data you'd like us to pull into Chattermill. There are several different types of feedback:

  • campaigns

  • buttons

  • apps

  • apps_campaigns

  • emails

We need to know the feedback type, and corresponding ID for each data type you want us to analyse. For example: button_id_1, app_campaign_id_2. Please see guidance below on where to find the ids for each type of feedback.

Campaign ID

The unique Campaign ID allows you to identify individual campaigns and is used for API integrations. You can find the ID at the end of the URL of the the campaign edit page:

Buttons

The Button ID can be found in the edit page, which can be reached by clicking on the "Edit Feedback Form" button under each button. The Button ID can also be found in the javascript snippet under the name of the button:
