Here are the different ways Chattermill gets your data:
API connection: Feedback collection tools allow you to give us permission to access your data via API. Chattermill works with tools like SurveyMonkey, App Store, Zendesk, and more.
Upload your data using a shared s3 bucket: Your data needs to be in a CSV file and adhere to our data guidelines. Chattermill will be able to get your data after you’ve uploaded it. To access your company’s shared s3 bucket, reach out to [email protected].
CSV upload: Historical data can be sent in a CSV to help us get started while waiting for live integrations. Depending on the tool, you might be able to export the data in a CSV to send to us.

Scroll through the drop-down menu to see the data sources available.
