Chattermill only uses your data for the purpose of helping you analyze and digest your data better. Learn how Chattermill protects your privacy.

Here are the different ways Chattermill gets your data:

API connection: Feedback collection tools allow you to give us permission to access your data via API. Chattermill works with tools such as Alchemer, SurveyMonkey, App Store, Zendesk, and more.

Upload your data using a shared s3 bucket: Your data needs to be in a CSV file and adhere to our data guidelines. Chattermill will be able to get your data after you’ve uploaded it. To access your company’s shared s3 bucket, reach out to [email protected].

CSV upload: Historical data can be sent in a CSV to help us get started while waiting for live integrations. Depending on the tool, you might be able to export the data in a CSV to send to us.
