How do I add new users?

If you’re an admin user, click the settings button in the bottom left corner of your screen and navigate to the members section. Here you’ll be able to invite your teammates to your different Chattermill projects. If not, just reach out to [email protected] and we’ll be able to send your colleagues an invite.

How do you analyse our data?

Chattermill uses AI to automatically detect sentiments and topics within a piece of customer feedback. It works by tagging each piece of customer feedback with multiple themes (examples for a mobile app company could be app security, ease of use, and app speed), and then the information is sorted into categories and given a score based on the level of negative or positive sentiment, which allows data to be quickly processed to reveal trends and insights across platforms.

Do you have a demo I could watch?

If you’re an enterprise client of ours, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager to arrange a training session tailored to your data. You can also find training videos throughout our support documentation. If you’re ever stuck, please reach out to our support team via the ‘chat with us’ button in the platform, or at [email protected]. We’re always happy to give you a hand!

What types of other data can you analyse?

Depending on its quality, we can analyse most free-text data - from NPS, CSAT and product reviews to Trustpilot ratings, competitor feedback, and Customer Support live chat data. Please get in touch with [email protected] or your Customer Success Manager to find out more.

Can you push data back to us?

Yes. We can enrich your data with our theme and sentiment analysis, and then send the responses back to your data warehouse. Get in touch with [email protected] for more details.

Do you have an API?

We do - please visit https://apidocs.chattermill.io/ for our full documentation. As always, please send any questions over to [email protected].

Can you analyse comments in different languages?

Yes we can. We can analyse data in pretty much any language - find out more about our translation abilities here.
