How do I add new users?
If you’re an admin user, click the settings button in the bottom left corner of your screen and navigate to the members section. Here, you can invite your teammates to your different Chattermill projects. If not, reach out to [email protected], and we’ll be able to send your colleagues an invite.
How do you analyze our data?
Chattermill uses AI to detect sentiments and topics within customer feedback automatically. It works by tagging each piece of customer feedback with multiple themes (examples for a mobile app company could be app security, ease of use, and app speed). Then, the information is sorted into categories and given a score based on the negative or positive sentiment level. This allows data to be quickly processed to reveal trends and insights across platforms.
Do you have a demo I could watch?
If you’re an enterprise client of ours, please contact your Customer Success Manager to arrange a training session tailored to your data. Training videos are also available throughout our support documentation. If you’re ever stuck, please contact our support team via the ‘chat with us’ button on the platform or at [email protected]. We’re always happy to help!
What types of other data can you analyze?
Depending on its quality, we can analyze most free-text data—from NPS, CSAT, and product reviews to Trustpilot ratings, competitor feedback, and Customer Support live chat data. Please get in touch with [email protected] or your Customer Success Manager to find out more.
Can you push the data back to us?
Yes. We can enrich your data with our theme and sentiment analysis and then send the responses back to your data warehouse. Get in touch with [email protected]
for more details.
Do you have an API?
We do. Please visit https://apidocs.chattermill.com for our full documentation. As always, please send any questions to [email protected].
Can you analyze comments in different languages?
Yes, we can. We can analyze data in almost any language - you can learn more about our translation abilities here.
